Goldbourne Capital and its partners provide alternative asset managers access to institutional investors and family offices across the globe. We are extremely selective when choosing which investment opportunities to represent. We will only partner with leading experts in the real estate, corporate, infrastructure, media and sports sectors. We select non competing mandates, which we believe will be of interest to our institutional and family offices clients. We represent direct, co-investment and fund based investment opportunities.
We provide critical insights into trends and investor requirements, such as demand, term and subscriptions size. We build a marketing and sales strategy for each investment opportunity we represent. We have relationships with leading global law firms who can provide assistance with the preparation of investment agreements, memoranda and marketing materials.
